This role plays a crucial role in the development and execution of high-quality visual designs specifically tailored for internal communications. This position supports the CEO and executive team with presentations, staff events, government communications, and other internal initiatives. The role involves ensuring the timely delivery of visual assets that align with the airline's brand identity and internal communication objectives. The Senior Designer will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Human Resources etc.
Accountabilities- Design Creation and oversight: Actively contribute to the creation of high-quality visual designs for internal communications, including staff events, corporate communications, and announcements, while overseeing the design and development of materials. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across all deliverables. This also includes designing PowerPoint presentations for the CEO and executives for specific events.
- Overall Support: Manage day-to-day operations related to internal communications, including workload management, project coordination, and liaising directly with internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, to understand project requirements and objectives, providing strategic direction and creative solutions to meet internal communication goals.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design projects within scope and on budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
Bidding and pitching

Responsible for designing attractive visual media for a wide range ( including: scheduled promotion publications / ad layouts / circulars / training programs) and other media using the latest graphic design technologies and systems and in alignment with corporate identity, academic mission, marketing strategy and target groups.
- Develop and design visual assets for a variety of media such as scheduled promotion posts/ad layouts/circulars/training programs / website graphics and social media / brochures, flyers, posters / marketing materials and other media in a manner that reflects the Academy's corporate identity.
- Use the latest design software, especially the Adobe Creative Suite toolkit (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to implement graphic designs accurately, easily and creatively.
- Create distinctive design ideas by looking at graphic design trends and comparing with other innovative and creative designs.
- Preparing graphic designs according to international design standards and principles adopted in the field of design (for example: cut and print design sizes, type of colors used RGB/CMYK and other design standards according to the required design).
- Apply the principles of color theory to create harmonious and attractive graphic designs.
- Modification of designs according to the notes of the direct manager accurately and on time.
- Specify the size and location of visual assets when setting up media designs, as well as image size and font type.
- Save all graphic designs in the required formats and at the required quality level, and prepare them for printing in different sizes, shades and sizes.
- Design visual elements of the organization's brand identity, including logos, business cards, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and present presentations of design concepts and explain the rationale behind design choices to the line manager.
- Collaborate with external printing centers (as needed) tomeet deadlines and print materials of the highest quality.
- Suggest registering with sites that provide graphic design element services (e.g., Canva, Shutterstock, Freepick and other related sites) for high-quality, up-to-date design elements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
- It is preferable to have specialized certificates in graphic design from well-known training companies.
Professional Experience
- Professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in the field of graphic design in a related field
- It is preferable to have previous experience in the field of graphic design in the academic or educational sector with well-known parties
- Knowledge of the latest design software, in particular the Adobe Creative Suite toolkit (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

What You'll Be Doing
Our Graphic Designer Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that elevate the brand across multiple platforms. He/She will collaborate closely with the content production, social, marketing, and commercial teams to translate and develop requirements into design. He/She will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
- Support with the creative direction and execution of high-quality design projects, ensuring they align with the Brand's visual identity and strategic goals
- Conceptualize visually engaging graphics for physical and digital assets based on requirements
- Innovate the brand, looking at how we can do things differently and stand out, getting inspired by design trends and trying new things
- Communicate design concepts and progress effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity and strategic alignment. Be able to present ideas and concepts confidently and efficiently.
- Support and collaborate with the Social team to develop creative assets (e.g. mood boards, posts) for their different channels
- Collaborate with Creative subfunctions (Content Production, Social, Copy) to ensure the final concept and ideas are on-brand
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect the brand's identity, values, and messaging consistently across all content and channels
- Utilize advanced design tools to produce high-quality, production-ready visuals
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail and quality across all outputs
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, and industry best practices, continuously improving design processes and incorporating fresh ideas
- Mentor and manage junior graphic designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow and improve their design skills
- Proficiency in Design Softwares: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally Figma and Canva
