to oversee and elevate our kitchen operations across multiple locations in the UAE. This leadership role requires a strong chef background, hands-on management skills, and proven experience in both hotel and cloud kitchen environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day culinary operations across multiple units, including hotel outlets and delivery-focused kitchens.
- Ensure consistency in
food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
across all locations. - Lead, train, and support junior kitchen teams, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Enforce and continuously improve
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
for all kitchens. - Coordinate
production schedules, logistics, and inventory management
to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and control
food costs, wastage, and kitchen labor expenses
. - Maintain composure and efficiency during high-volume service periods and operational challenges.
- Ensure strict compliance with
Dubai Municipality, HACCP, and international food safety standards
. - Contribute to
R&D, menu development, and new brand launches
as required.
Requirements
- Minimum
2+ years' experience
in kitchen management, with exposure to hotels and/or cloud kitchens. - Proven professional chef background with strong culinary expertise.
- Valid
UAE Driving License
is required. - Strong
leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
. - Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a
24-hour operational environment
. - Fluent in
English
; additional languages are an advantage. - Calm, solutions-oriented, and effective under pressure.
