- Comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Proven experience in risk assessment incident investigation and safety training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Liaise with the Supervising Consultants and Contractors OSH Teams to ensure an effective flow of health and safety information and implementation of the specific processes to include development and implementation of the action plans to improve overall Safety and Health performance.
Gathers the specific data and prepares the variety of the Occupational Safety and Health Statistics reports.
In conjunction with the Senior and OSH Manager reviews Contractors OSH Logistics Heat stress Adverse Weather Waste management Traffic management Fire and Emergency plans MS/RAs and other related Plans and procedures prepared by the contractor and supervising consultant for compliance with existing Client and UAE Occupational and Health requirements.
Provides Occupational Safety and Health technical expertise and specific trainings to the own program staff.
Lease with Client OSH representatives and OSH authorities related to the overall OSHMS requirements.
Mandatory PMC / Consultancy experience.
A minimum of 12 years of the vivid OSH experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 5 years specifically in the role of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Engineer (OSH Assistant Manager) accompanied by OSH related Masters of Bachelors degree from an accredited University (or equivalent); or NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6 equivalent or above) or Post-Secondary OSH Qualification (NVQ level 4/5).
OSHMS ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor Certification and a thorough auding experience.
ADOSH SF Practitioner certification (Preferred but not obligatory)
High level of report writing and data analytic skills.
