**The Opportunity**

**Main Responsibilities**
- The HSP partners with insurance companies, RCMs, and payers to drive healthcare system innovation, streamline reimbursement pathways, and unlock possibilities to deliver value for the ecosystem and society.
- The HSP actively develops, nurtures, and manages long-term strategic partnerships with key insurance providers to ensure seamless market access and efficient approval processes.
- As part of this, the HSP contributes to identifying, mapping, engaging and managing ecosystem stakeholders.
- The HSP acts as trusted partner and the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche. She or he shares the stakeholder community vision and value internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster.
- The HSP lives the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model, acts as catalyst and coach externally and internally.

**Who you are?**
Required Education and Experience
- University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.
- Practical, in-depth understanding of the Healthcare insurance system and reimbursement landscape in the UAE
- Deep understanding of healthcare system, processes and governance
- Proven experience working with health insurance companies, with a strong track record of navigating and streamlining reimbursement processes
- Fluent in local language. Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desirable.

**Role Purpose**
As part of the Commercial Strategy team and managing currently a team of two, this critical role owns the design, evolution, and commercialisation of Cigna's Health & Wellbeing proposition across MEA, ensuring it is structured, scalable, and aligned to client and business priorities.
This role is responsible for evolving our offering from ad hoc event-based activity to a structured, data-led, and commercially relevant wellbeing proposition - supporting client engagement, attraction, retention, and differentiation.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategy & Proposition Development**
+ Define and continuously evolve the regional Health & Wellbeing strategy aligned to business priorities
+ Translate global capabilities into a locally relevant, commercially viable MEA proposition
+ Develop structured frameworks (e.g., wellbeing calendars, service models, playbooks) to standardise delivery
+ Identify gaps in the current offering and lead development of new solutions
**Product & Vendor Management**
+ Own the Health & Wellbeing product ecosystem (e.g. digital solutions, EAP, partners), including evaluation, selection, on-going performance management, and lifecycle management including embedding internally within the business
+ Own RFP processes, vendor assessments, and commercial/operational evaluation
+ Ensure all wellbeing solutions are scalable, operationally viable, and aligned to client needs
+ Working with Marketing Dept to define and create impactful and health literate collaterals
**Client & Commercial Enablement**
+ Act as subject matter expert for Health & Wellbeing across Sales and Client Management teams
+ Support key client conversations, particularly for strategic or complex accounts
+ Develop tools and materials to enable client-facing teams (e.g., playbooks, FAQs, training, proposals)
+ Contribute to client retention, differentiation, and growth through a stronger wellbeing proposition
**Program Design & Oversight**
+ Oversee design of client wellbeing approaches (e.g., annual plans, thematic campaigns, multi-channel strategies)
+ Provide direction to delivery teams (Wellbeing Coordinators) to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
+ Shift delivery away from reactive events towards structured, insight-led programmes
**Data, Insights & Impact**
+ Define approach to measuring wellbeing engagement and utilization
+ Analyse multiple data sources (e.g., client feedback, utilisation, claims insights) to inform recommendations
+ Provide clear, practical insights to internal stakeholders and clients (without over-claiming outcomes)
+ Use insights to continuously refine proposition and priorities
**Governance & Process Improvement**
+ Establish clear governance for wellbeing services (roles, responsibilities, handoffs across teams)
+ Identify and address operational gaps impacting delivery (e.g., onboarding, transmittals, comms)
+ Ensure alignment between Commercial, Operations, and Product functions
+ Drive consistency and clarity to enable and oversee operational delivery
