Job Role Overview

This role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of bakery equipment at customer sites across the Middle East. This includes ensuring mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting of processing machinery such as dough dividers, mixers, ovens and related systems.

The position requires coordination with customers and internal teams for project execution and equipment start-up. Regular tasks include conducting preventive maintenance and calibration activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment performance. Documentation is also an essential part of this role, including service reports, commissioning checklists and technical feedback.

Timely technical support and training are provided to customers on proper equipment usage and best practices. Identifying spare part needs and supporting customers with recommendations and follow-up is also a crucial responsibility.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards must be upheld during on-site visits. Claims handling and warranty assessments may also be required from time to time.
