• Defined multi-region DR/HA architectures using Azure Traffic Manager, paired regions, and Azure Site Recovery, achieving RTOs under 1 hour for mission-critical workloads.
• Enable automated patching, scaling, and monitoring tasks via Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and PowerShell DSC, improving operational efficiency.
• Deep understanding of cloud cost optimization, monitoring, and high availability design patterns.
• Collaborated with data engineers to optimize architectures on Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Synapse, and MS Fabric.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing technical teams and large-scale projects.

Area of responsibilities:

• Implement flawless store design concepts into reality across IMEA by acting as a coordinator between corporate architecture, VM, procurement, external suppliers, retailers and the sales and marketing teams.
• Create designs, floor plans, 3D renders and construction drawings (where required) using Vectorworks for retail, fairs and corporate environments following brand guidelines. Producing presentation packs for internal and external sign-off of these designs.
• Project manage all regional retail installs, delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Raise PO's and track budget for each project.
• Work closely with marketing on all store design projects to achieve the store commercial and brand needs in each store.
• Liaise with independent and national retailers to gain design sign-off. Adapt store designs to store guidelines where required.
• Visit stores across the IMEA to complete initial site survey for project kick-off.
• Input to development and continuous improvement of the retail POS toolboxes and VM guidelines.
• Support new product launches into existing stores by using Global VM / Architecture guidelines to suit local market scenarios.
• Be the local eyes and ears of the Cybex corporate architecture team and maintain the performance of each store by visiting retailers and work on continuous improvement.
• Support marketing to create a flawless product presentation in shop in shop / Retailer for Cybex at store opening events and ensure shop fits are executed to a high standard. Create detailed implementation reports after a store fit out for HQ architecture.

Profile of qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience ideally within b2b fairs, furniture / retail, carpenter, agencies and / or another related field.
• Possessing a Bachelor's / Master´s degree in architecture or similar education.
• Having experience producing construction documents.
• Proven proficiency in 3D software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks or Sketchup), Adobe InDesign.
• Being able to use Microsoft Office.
• Nice to have: Adobe Illustrator, Twinmotion, Wrike (project management tracker).
• Passionate about all things in retail: consumer experience, products and store design, paired with executional excellence and deep understanding of retail KPIs.
• Ambition and flexibility to build something new with hands-on, start-up and team player attitude.

• Professional license in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape architecture with a proven track record of successful large-scale projects
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp) and landscape design software (e.g. Land F/X VectorWorks Landmark)
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software
• Strong project management skills and experience leading design teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable landscape design practices and water-efficient landscaping techniques
• Familiarity with local and regional plant species ecosystems and urban planning regulations
• LEED AP certification preferred

Job Description

PURPOSE & SCOPE: Naval Architect shall provide all calculations required to safely perform load out, transportation and lifting of structures on barge. He shall closely interact with NPCC Fabrication Yard and Offshore Operations Department to resolve any related issues.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Technical accuracy, quality and timely issuance of all Naval Architectural calculations and documents as required during the construction and installation phase of offshore projects.
2. Barge ballasting and stability calculations during load out / launching of structures.
3. Calculation of Stability and Ballasting requirement during transportation of structures.
4. Mooring Analyses and Stability of lifting vessels during installation.
5. Mooring analyses of cargo barges during load out.
6. Motion Analyses of transportation barges.
7. Float-over installation analyses.
8. Conducting Inclining Experiment and Deadweight Survey.
9. Preparation of Trim & Stability Booklet.

Skills Required:

1. Degree in Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of Naval Architectural design.
3. Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
4. Conversant with MWS and Classification Society guidelines, codes and regulations.
5. Experience in Naval Architecture Software (GHS, Romeo, SESAM, SIMO, etc.) preferred.
