- Estimation Experience: You should have at least 5-10 years of experience in estimation, preferably in infrastructure and utility projects.
- Tendering Procedures: Proven experience with local and international tendering procedures.
- Relevant Standards & Codes: Strong knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and material specifications.
