- Support policy development to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct sanctions compliance training and maintain records.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve compliance issues.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات التشغيلية
- وضع منهجية وآلية تطبيق معايير الجودة الخاصة بالخدمات الاجتماعية، والمنشآت الاهلية، والمهنيين على مستوى إمارة دبي من خلال تحديد كيفية إجراء التقييم ودوريته والمجالات التي يتم مراجعتها وما إلى ذلك.
- إعداد خطط التقييم الدوري لمقدمي الخدمات الاجتماعية، وتحديد الإجراءات والتنسيق مع المعنيين لاستكمال التقييم الذاتي وتقديم الوثائق الثبوتية، تمهيدا للتقييم النهائي.
- إجراء التقييم الدوري من خلال النزول الميداني لإعداد التقرير النهائي وتحديد فرص التحسين، وتقديم التوصيات بخصوص تصنيف مقدمي الخدمات بناء على جودة الخدمات المقدمة وملائمتها مع الخطة الاستراتيجية لحكومية دبي وتقييم المخاطر والتحديات.
- دراسة تقارير التدقيق المالي للمنشآت الأهلية (الغير ربحية) المتضمنة استخدامات العائد والربح والتكاليف وتقارير الضرائب لضمان استحقاق الإعفاءات والتأكد من الإلتزام بالمعايير الدولية لمكافحة غسل الاموال وتمويل الإرهاب ( FATF ).
- مراجعة أداء تطبيق معايير جودة المنشآت الأهلية والاجتماعية بشكل دوري مع الإدارات والأقسام (إدارة التفتيش وأقسام إدارة التراخيص) المعنية في حالات وجود ملاحظات واقتراح التعديلات وفقاً للمتطلبات والمتابعة اللاحقة للتأكد من تطبيق خطط التحسين.
- إعداد آليات حوكمة اجراءات التحقيق في المخالفات والشكاوى والانتهاكات المحتملة ، وضمان وجمع البيانات والإثباتات وإعداد التقارير وتحويلها للإدارات والأقسام المعنية داخل الهيئة أو تحويلها خارجياً للجهات المختصة.
- دراسة التظلمات المتعلقة بتقييم المعايير والمساهمة في إعداد التقارير اللازمة للرد عليها في نطاق الاختصاص والعمل على التنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية في الهيئة أو الجهات الخارجية للتوصل للحلول وتوفيق الأوضاع.
- إعداد كافة البيانات المعنية بمقدمي الخدمات الاجتماعية والأهلية لرفعها على المنصة الالكترونية وتحديث المعلومات بشكل منتظم، شاملة التصنيف وجودة الخدمات المقدمة .
- المتابعة مع مقدمي الخدمات لإعداد أدلة الخدمات بكافة المعايير المعتمدة لتسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة لاستكمال الإجراءات .
- السعي إلى تطوير العلاقات مع الحكومات/ الهيئات المحلية والاتحادية فيما يتعلق بمعايير الجودة لمواكبة تطورات افضل الممارسات الحكومية.
- إعداد الخطط اللازمة لتوعية مقدمي الخدمات بمنهجيات وآليات معايير الجودة وضمان التواصل المستمر معهم لإطلاعهم على التحديثات في هذا الشأن والرد على استفسارات المتعاملين والتعامل مع الشكاوى المتعلقة بمعايير الجودة وتقديم الدعم الفني لهم.
- تنظيم ورش العمل التوعوية للموظفين في الإدارة والتنسيق الخاجي مع مقدمي الخدمات لتعريفهم بالتشريعات والنظم والمعايير جودة الخدمات الاجتماعية وآليات التطبيق.
- الإلتزام بسياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات المعتمدة بالهيئة والعمل على الامتثال بالضوابط لضمان سرية المعلومات.
- أية مهام واختصاصات أخرى في نطاق مسئوليات الوظيفة.
المتطلبات التعليمية
- بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
- اجادة اللغتين الانكليزية والعربية (محادثة وكتابة)
