Legal Contract Management :

- Maintain comprehensive records of all legal contracts, amendments, and associated payments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, business development, and legal departments, to ensure the smooth execution of licensing contracts and payments.
- Liaise with external counsel when required for complex legal issues.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, LLB or LLM.
- Possess a valid license to practice law.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a corporate lawyer specializing in licensing, contracts, or intellectual property law.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and enforcing complex legal agreements, including licensing contracts.
- Familiarity with payment structures and financial aspects of licensing agreements.
- Experience handling legal disputes, contract amendments, and risk management in a business setting.
- Strong legal research, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents, contracts, and payment terms.
