Main purpose

As a V.I.E Marketing & Communication Executive in the UAE market, reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director UAE, you will support local projects and product marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility and desirability of our brand, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines. This role provides a valuable learning opportunity in a dynamic market while managing high-impact projects.

This V.I.E assignment is a 12-month contract based in Dubai, UAE, starting ideally in October 2025, subject to visa requirements.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing, or Communication, with at least 3 years of experience in the luxury industry. Fluency in English is mandatory.

We seek a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and project coordination skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal and time management skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

This position is ideal for someone eager to grow in a culturally rich, high-performance environment, contributing meaningfully while developing their skills in luxury marketing.

What are we expecting from you?

The V.I.E will support two main areas:

Product Marketing Support:

  • Assist in implementing product initiatives for key collections (e.g., Perlée, Alhambra, Timepieces)
  • Coordinate boutique marketing initiatives with internal teams
  • Support competitive analysis, storytelling tools, and asset development
  • Monitor marketing performance and assist in reporting
  • Participate in planning the 2026 patrimony exhibition in the UAE
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with stakeholders and partners
  • Support project reporting, presentations, and event preparations
  • Assist in executing patrimony, client presentations, and related events
  • Coordinate logistics and suppliers
  • Help activate traffic towards the exhibition
  • Manage budget, track expenses, place orders, and follow up on production

Other Event Projects

  • Support event planning for upcoming key events

In all areas, the V.I.E will ensure local relevance while maintaining Maison consistency, participate in meetings, and gain exposure across Marketing & Communication functions.
