We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing service support, preventive maintenance, and repair solutions for a range of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on service experience in the MHE domain. They should possess sound knowledge of electromechanical systems and be able to diagnose electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of MHE including manual pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks, stackers, scissor lifts, and more.
- Address both mechanical and electrical faults independently and carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Install and commission new equipment at customer sites and offer product demonstrations and basic operational training to clients.
- Provide post-installation support, routine service, and AMC service visits while maintaining proper service documentation and daily reporting.
- Manage spares and tools required for servicing and escalate complex issues to the technical head where required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on service experience in the MHE domain.
- Sound knowledge of electromechanical systems and ability to diagnose electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
