NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting daily contractor activities to ensure SH&E standards are met.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings through site reporting tools.
• Support in identifying risks, unsafe conditions, and help implement corrective actions.
• Assist with incident investigations and maintain accurate HSE records.
• Evaluate compliance with local legislation, company policies, and project safety plans.
• Promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices among site staff.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to support safe execution of works.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on HSE coordination experience in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Solid understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction site safety practices.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.

• Experience working with consultants or contractors on large-scale construction projects.
• HSE software/reporting tool proficiency.
• Additional safety or environmental certifications.
