JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitor, analyze, and share the relevant market trends region and new products launches for the IMEA and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories.
  • Support the marketing team in creating necessary monthly presentations for the regional account managers to be shared with key stakeholders (Olfactive Snapshot, Regional Product Spotlight).
  • Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations) for all categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care) on Canva.
  • Support each Marketing Manager on Promo Kits preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the kits to the regions.
  • Coordinate weekly smelling sessions and product portfolios for Fine Fragrance and Home & Personal Care (when necessary), managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the olfactive mapping for the presentations.
  • Publish relevant content in our internal social media (YAMMER), to give relevant information and insights to the different teams involved: Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Development Managers
  • Give general support to the Marketing Team on all internal and external client presentation when needed.
  • Arrange and coordinate the marketing room and all marketing materials.
