Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Investment Advisory
Advise landlords and investors on maximizing property returns through rental yield optimization , market trends, and portfolio structuring.
Utilize data-driven insights to help clients make informed investment decisions aligned with their financial goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews of managed properties and suggest strategic improvements.
Develop financial models and projections for clients to understand potential revenue, expenses, and ROI.
Landlord & Property Management Engagement
Serve as the primary advisor to landlords, ensuring seamless property management through the Keyper platform .
Educate landlords on property value appreciation, tenant retention strategies, and market conditions .
Work closely with property management teams to ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and compliance.
Resolve landlord concerns regarding property performance, maintenance, and leasing strategies.
Client Acquisition & Account Management :
Own and manage a portfolio of high-value landlords and investors , ensuring retention and revenue growth.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities , offering value-added services through the Keyper ecosystem.
Run regular portfolio performance reviews with landlords and decision-makers.
Negotiate and manage contract renewals, upgrades, and pricing discussions .
Keyper App & Technology Enablement :
Act as an expert on the Keyper platform , ensuring landlords fully utilize its features for better asset management.
Train landlords and clients on how to use the app for property tracking, rental collection, and financial reporting.
Work closely with product and tech teams to provide feedback on user experience and suggest enhancements.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities .
Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to refine Keyper’s service proposition.
Provide data-backed recommendations to improve Keyper’s landlord and investor offerings.

- Organize and oversee Committee meetings as the Community and Compliance Manager to ensure the timely resolution of all Real Estate Violation System (RVS) complaints. This includes the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Act as the principal liaison between Homeowners and regulatory bodies such as RERA, DLD, and the Land Department and provide advice on its roles and limitations and submit necessary documents for compliance.
- Coordinate the submission of essential documents and serve as the point of contact for the Committee/Board with RERA.
- Implement and ensure compliance with all official circulars and notices from DLD and RERA, as well as Jointly Owned Property Laws.
- Collaborate with the Facilities and Finance/Technical teams to initiate annual FM tendering on schedule, prepare the annual budget, and advise on General and Reserve Fund requirements.
- Submit draft budgets and audits for third-party and RERA approval in collaboration with Finance and Facility team on approval from HOA Manager.
- Publish periodic management reports on the community portal and draft Community Notices and awareness for residents for review and approval by the HOA Manager.
- Assist, Finance Manager in legal actions for the recovery of outstanding Service Charges and attend to specific building complaints, escalate them to the HOA Manager as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and legally required documents involving Owners, Residents, authority, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly OA management reports to the Committee and Owners and conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities with the Facility team.
- Monitor budget spending, comparing Budgets Vs Actuals, and ensure compliance with local regulations involving various governmental authorities.
- Manage customer service operations, including call center ticket follow-ups, based on the standard operating procedures (S.O.P).
- Handle emergency work situations, including late hours or weekends, as directed by Senior Management.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and execute additional tasks as directed by the HOA Manager.
- All Internal and External emails must be responded within 48 Hours with feedbacks/closure/update status.
- Ensure Finance Department are issuing Service Charge invoices based on approved scheduled from HOA Manager.
- Be abreast of financial status of all the projects within Portfolio and escalate any discrepancy ahead of time to HOA Manager.
- Monitor Bank Balances in coordination with Finance Manager for updates to OC members and escalate any threats of cash flow problems to HOA Manager.
- Coordinating with Owners, Tenants (residents) for resolving day to day issues as escalated by customer service executive and any serious issue to be escalated to HOA Manager.
- Ensure Annual Plans are made for OC meetings which needs approval from HOA Manager, ensure that same is maintained and followed.
- Identifying any Adhoc FM required actions within the project based on inspection/ OC feedback/customer service feedback and coordinate the same with Facility for scope and Finance team for bank status and finally seek approval from HOA Manager for execution.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- M-100 The Essentials of Community Association Management (MUST)
- Law No. (27) of 2007 and Law No 9 of 2019, Concerning Ownership of Jointly Owned Properties in the Emirate of Dubai.
- RERA Directions, including but not limited to: The Civil Code No: 5 of 1985 (Federal Law)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Min. 3 to 4 - years of experience in Owners Association and Community Management.
- Proven track in customer service with direct face to face client handling skills.
- Good understanding of operations of Jointly Owned Property.
- Intermediate understanding of financial accounting and budgeting for strata schemes.
- Intermediate understanding of facilities management services for buildings.
- Business and administrative processes.
OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent command over written & spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.

You will be responsible for managing the Cards portfolio to deliver profitable business, including revenue generation from both non-funded and funded income lines. Your responsibilities will also include expense management, partnership management, balance sheet growth, campaign launch and fulfillment, and rewards program management.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Oversee and implement the Cards Portfolio Growth Strategy to meet business goals.
- Conduct periodic reviews and segment the portfolio to identify opportunities for increased revenue and profitability.
- Offer targeted products such as balance transfers, loans on cards (cash on call), and easy payment plans to enhance utilization, spends, and revenue per customer.
- Collaborate with channels including digital, tele-sales, contact centers, and marketing to drive inorganic bookings.
- Develop a line management framework involving line increases, decreases, over-limit tolerances, and temporary credit limit adjustments using data analytics.
- Regularly review and optimize authorization rates across card products to meet minimum standards set by the scheme.
