Responsibilities

You'll work directly with the Product Marketing Manager and closely with the wider Marketing team and Product Leadership.
What you'll do:- Product Messaging & Positioning
- Assist in crafting compelling messaging and value propositions for Stake product lines and features
- Ensure product messaging aligns with customer pain points, competitive positioning, and key business goals
- Support the development of positioning statements, messaging frameworks, and product narratives that resonate with target personas
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new and core product features across Stake product lines (ie. International and Saudi)
- Work closely with Content and Growth teams to develop launch campaigns that leverage Stake's go-to-market playbooks
- Conduct retrospectives with the Product Marketing Manager after key launches to assess performance and optimize future strategies
- Lifecycle Marketing & Comms
- Support on and own the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns where required, consisting of email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Develop, write, and refine copy and messaging for key lifecycle marketing campaigns and one-off broadcast communications
- Utilise Stake's CRM tool to manage, execute, and optimize automated and one-off marketing campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance metrics to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness
- Product Discovery & Market Research
- Conduct user interviews, review survey responses, customer comms and online reviews to uncover new problems to work on and generate fresh ideas
- Leverage our internal Data team, product analytics stack, and A/B platform to continuously uncover new insights and key user behaviors
- Investigate problems deeply by analyzing customer feedback, exploring the competitive landscape, and understanding stakeholder requirements
- Support in the creation of Stake's ideal customer personas to optimize messaging and user experience
- Sales Enablement
- Support in the development of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and training sessions
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, growth marketing, or other related area within marketing for a B2C fintech, technology company or other start up
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent fluency in English, with strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a scrappy and proactive approach, showcasing a proven track record as a self-starter
- Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, including strategies for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and metrics-driven performance analysis
- Able to synthesize complex product features into clear, compelling messaging
- Hands-on experience in conducting user interviews, setting up surveys and usability tests, with the ability to extract actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and messaging
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools is preferred
- Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate here
