Job Description
The Role
We are seeking hardworking and reliable factory laborer's to join our manufacturing operations. Ideal candidates should have experience working in a manufacturing environment and be ready to contribute immediately. Visit visa holders are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: • Operate basic machinery and assist with production line tasks • Handle raw materials and finished goods as per safety and quality protocols • Assist in loading/unloading, packing, labeling, and quality checks • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety procedures
Requirements
• Education: Minimum 12th grade or equivalent • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in any manufacturing plant or industrial setting • Physical Fitness: Able to stand for long hours, lift moderate weight, and work in hot or industrial conditions • Communication: Basic understanding of English or Hindi/Urdu • Visa: Must be on a valid visit visa and currently in the UAE

The Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Factory Warehouse Worker, responsible for efficiently managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting seamless warehouse operations to ensure on-time production and delivery. Responsibilities: - Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments accurately and promptly. - Inspect shipments for damage and verify quantities against invoices or packing lists. - Store materials and finished products in designated warehouse locations safely and systematically. - Pick and prepare products for shipment ensuring correct labeling and packaging. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area to comply with safety standards. - Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely following company protocols. - Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. - Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and scheduling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environment preferred. - Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification is a plus). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. - Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. - Basic understanding of inventory management and safety procedures. - Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required. - Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
