About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in solar and wind power EPC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s QA systems to ensure the highest standards of quality across all project phases. At least 10 years of relevant work experience is required, and the ability to speak Chinese is highly desirable. Job Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, finished products, in-process samples, stability samples, process/cleaning validation samples, and miscellaneous samples as per approved methods and protocols.
- Ensure all activities comply with GLP, GMP, and ALCOA+ principles.
- Operate major analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, Dissolution Apparatus, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, and IR.

- Participate in laboratory improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory.

- Knowledge of LIMS and SAP systems is preferred.

Job Purpose
The Program QA/QC Manager will oversee the Water Transmission Scheme Quality Management system.
This is a PMC role, and there will be multiple Supervision Consultants and EPC`s appointed directly by the Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality management requirements on the large-scale power and water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing technical and functional coordination between systems, disciplines, and multiple contractors.
In addition, the candidate will be required to engage with project teams enforcing oversight of regulatory and standards compliance, as well as strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Development and implementation of a program wide Quality Management plans and processes to effectively manage the project quality requirements .
Job Responsibilities
+ Monitors compliance with QA/QC plans, policies, and protocols, perform audits from time to time.
+ Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, supervision consultants, contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.
