Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance function ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and specific project requirements. The QA Manager will oversee quality processes across all project phases drive continuous improvement and act as the key liaison for client and contractor quality-related matters.
QMS Management:

  • Reviews the project-specific quality plan, inspection, and test plans, check-sheets, method statements and related procedures.
  • Implementation of the Quality Management & Control program for the project.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing for materials and workmanship.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
  • Implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Completion of the necessary documentation to verify the work performed and full control of QA/QC documentation works.
  • Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.
  • Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
  • To ensure all materials delivered to the site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.
  • Issue and administer "Non-Conformance Reports", handling of customer complaints, field instructions and ensure follow up.
  • Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System.
  • Completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner, in accordance with the condition of the contract.
  • Responsible for overseeing/audits of subcontractor Quality Management Systems.
  • Coordination for internal and external clients' audits.
  • Ensure the implementation of the planned training programme and suggestions for training requirements for the project.
  • Conduct project-based training as per requirements.
