Description:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about recreation and leisure activities. As a Leisure Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating various activities on the property, including pool games, beach entertainment, fitness classes, and child activities. You will also be required to promote these activities to our guests and encourage them to participate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
- Encourage and recruit guests to participate in recreation activities
- Schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Enforce rules and regulations of the recreation facilities to ensure safety and welfare of guests and members
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. A First Aid Certification and CPR Certification are also required.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to lead our sports programs in Dubai.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a passion for sports and education to take on a key leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee general administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Sports Staff Supervision: Lead, guide, and mentor coaches and other staff members to achieve program excellence.
- Compliance and Governance: Monitor adherence to established sports rules, governmental health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit new employees based on program needs and requirements.
- Resource Management: Research and secure funding opportunities and oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance management.
- Coaching and Performance Evaluation: Conduct annual reviews, provide feedback, and support employee growth and development.
- Event Planning and Promotion: Organize promotional events highlighting sports and wellbeing initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, students, coaches, and other staff members.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managerial roles within sports or relevant fields.
- Program Management: Demonstrated experience in program management, budgeting, and planning.
- Sports Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sports association rules and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Education: Degree in Sports Management or similar field; Master's in Management is an asset.
