Job Title: Seal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the refurbishment, assembly, and testing processes of wet and dry gas seals.

• Perform activities related to the repair and manufacture of new and refurbished wet and dry gas seals.
• Strip, inspect, and assemble wet and dry gas seals.
• Groove and face calibrate as required.
• Dismantle and clean seal components under repair.
• Assemble and repair mechanical seals and seal cartridges according to internal work instructions and specifications.
• Define and write strip and inspection reports.
• Complete the setup and testing of different types/sizes of wet and dry gas seals.
• Perform manual machining of components where necessary.
• Lap, polish, and clean when required, following standard processes.

• Diploma or university degree in Engineering or relevant vocational/technical qualification.
• 3 years of professional experience in a proactive multinational & multicultural environment.
• Excellent knowledge of dry & wet seals.
