Job Role:
- The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for servicing daily assigned rooms according to MHI standards.
- Providing helpful, friendly, prompt, and personalized service to guests.
- Attending to all guest requests within 10 minutes.
- Ensuring hygiene, maintenance, and cleanliness of the area under control to meet hotel standards.
- Managing keys to ensure safety and security of guests and hotel property.
- Checking for any room discrepancies as per SOP.
- Utilizing resources effectively.
- Maintaining records related to the section and following up accordingly.
