About the Role

You will lead hiring efforts for key commercial roles and drive improvements in sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, and pipeline strength.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of full-cycle recruitment for critical business positions.

• Strategic development and execution of proactive sourcing strategies across various channels.

• Leading calibration and strategy sessions with hiring managers.

• Ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

• Data analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.

Qualifications :

Requirements:
