Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Trader to join our team in Dubai. This is a pure sales role, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing high-net-worth individual (HNWI), institutional, and corporate clients in Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC region. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and strong network to drive revenue growth across a diverse range of financial products.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Actively acquire new clients within UAE (especially Abu Dhabi ) and across the GCC, focusing on those interested in a broad range of multi-asset products.
- Leverage your existing client network and industry connections to generate new business leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services offered by the firm to existing clients.
- Promote our comprehensive suite of financial products, including:
- GCC Equities: In-depth understanding of regional stock markets (ADX, DFM, Tadawul, etc.) and related trading strategies.
- US Equities: Strong knowledge of major US exchanges and equity investment products.
- Exchange Traded Derivatives: Expertise in futures, options, and other derivatives across various asset classes.
- Spot FX CFDs: Proficient in foreign exchange markets and CFD trading.
- Structured Notes: Ability to explain and position structured products to meet client needs.

Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly revenue targets by driving sales and maximizing client engagement.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-3 years of demonstrable pure sales experience in financial services, with a strong focus on client acquisition in Abu Dhabi and the GCC.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial market.
- Extensive experience and deep understanding of GCC Equities, US Equities, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Spot FX CFDs, Structured Notes, and Global Bonds Fixed Income.
- Experience in execution of client trades after thorough verification via call or email, ensuring best execution.
- A strong existing client base in the GCC region is highly advantageous, and a transferable client portfolio is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE and GCC regulatory requirements related to securities trading.

The Fixed Income Strategist will develop, maintain and enhance qualitative and quantitative bond analysis frameworks to identify and monitor attractive investment opportunities within the allocation to bonds set in the investment strategy and asset allocation. Requirements- Bachelor degree in a numerate discipline such as Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Science or equivalent.
- Preferably, a Master degree from an internationally recognised university or a relevant professional qualification.
