The Systems Engineer – Electro-Optic & Imaging Systems will lead the end-to-end development and integration of advanced electro-optic sensor systems, from architecture design through system validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement systems engineering processes for electro-optic and imaging systems, including requirements definition, system design, implementation, and verification.
• Develop system architectures by translating user needs into functional designs for sensor systems, optical assemblies, and image processing components.
• Create detailed specifications, including System and Subsystem Specifications (SSS), Hardware Requirements Specifications (HRS), and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and hand-over all Security Systems projects to Clients.
• Ensure that all required infrastructure is available and ready, covering networking, CCTV, ACS, IDS and power requirements for smooth operations of all systems on site.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

1. Monitor fault logs and perform immediate fault identification.
2. Liaise with stakeholders (Client, IT, FM, AP, Site Resources, MVP) to ensure fault rectification.
3. Analyse root causes of faults and report accordingly.
4. Identify recurring issues and recommend remedial actions to be performed during PPMs or Call-Outs.
5. Record all faults, PPMs and Call-Outs completed.
6. Ensure existing systems are properly connected to the relevant Control Room/Security Office.
7. Manage system software updates, applying firmware, security patches etc. and maintaining uniform configurations across the portfolio.
8. Manage end-user passwords and security protocols as agreed with clients.

10. Perform end-user refresher training if requested/required by clients.
11. Maintain and administer security systems networks and computing environments, including hardware, systems software, applications software and configurations.
12. Implement network security measures according to IT standards and procedures to protect data, software and hardware.
13. Operate master consoles to monitor performance of entire systems and networks, and coordinate access and use.
14. Perform routine system startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.

20. Complete service reports for current jobs, additional and variation work, and any troubleshooting on hardware and software.
21. Oversee emergency breakdowns rectification and intervention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication or General IT with Physics Background.
