Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to the needs of individual and group players.
- Train and develop local female players with occasional training for male players.
- Ensure continuous improvement in players' technical and strategic skills.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and CEO to align coaching strategies with organizational goals.
- Maintain a professional and engaging environment for players.
- Be flexible to relocate and coach at different locations if needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Padel Coach (international experience is acceptable).
- Candidate must currently reside in the UAE.
- Certified and qualified as a Padel Coach.
- Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to adapt training methods to diverse players.
