The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. You will play a crucial role on the overall digital strategy deployed on digital media, related e-commerce activity and driving social campaign for Grand Hyatt Dubai. You will work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Marketing, to gather relevant data and support all business requirements and objectives.
+ Support the digital marketing team in driving direct bookings through brand.com; create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
+ Responsible to update and maintain websites and micro-sites; work with partnered agencies to ensure contents are current and optimized for search engine and user experience is optimum for driving conversion rates.
+ Responsible to monitor and respond guests' online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.
+ Track and report performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
+ Collaborate with internal team and stakeholders to develop digital plans.
