Role Overview

Requirement:

- 5+ years of experience providing cybersecurity technical training
- Bachelors, Masters, and/or PhD from a cybersecurity program
- 2+ Cybersecurity certifications from EC-Council, SANS, and/or CompTIA.
- Experience as a customer success manager, technical account manager, or solutions architect in a cyber security SaaS organization – strong advantage.
- Strong ability to plan and manage time effectively in a remote working environment with minimal oversight; meticulous notetaking and updating project management software is a must.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clear, crisp, and energetic product demonstrations that show the value of the product to customers and prospects – from SOC managers to CISOs.
  • Guide analysts through simulated live-fire attacks, adjusting the approach depending on the skill level of the trainees and the customer objectives.
  • Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to support customers and internal initiatives – this includes, but is not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, product Q&A, product documentation.
  • Responsible for developing and delivering a variety of cybersecurity curricula to personnel within the cybersecurity industry with differing skill and experience levels. The ideal candidate for this position understands that every trainee learns differently and may require a different approach; the candidate's passion for teaching and desire to ensure concrete learning outcomes must be demonstrated to the customer and the trainees at all times.
  • Plan, deliver, and monitor various training activities and projects including scope, resources, and timelines.
  • Design and maintain reports related to training activities, which may include usage statistics, performance metrics, and executive presentations.
  • Play a critical role in improving the product by communicating customer-requested features clearly and concisely.
  • Interact with multiple internal departments such as R&D, Project Management, Sales, Product.

Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experience providing cybersecurity technical training
  • Bachelors, Masters, and/or PhD from a cybersecurity program
  • 2+ Cybersecurity certifications from EC-Council, SANS, and/or CompTIA.
  • Experience as a customer success manager, technical account manager, or solutions architect in a cyber security SaaS organization – strong advantage.
  • Strong ability to plan and manage time effectively in a remote working environment with minimal oversight; meticulous notetaking and updating project management software is a must.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Role Overview

Additionally, they will support the ongoing development of our technical training offerings, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences, based on business needs.

This position requires proficiency in delivering training in both English and Arabic to effectively engage and support a diverse learner base. This role will require regular travel across the Middle East region.

  • Develop and refine training curricula, optimizing content to enhance stakeholder and customer expertise.
  • Lead assigned training programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while achieving revenue and performance targets.
  • Maintain training accuracy and relevance, ensuring all instructional materials reflect the latest product specifications and industry standards.
  • Uphold exceptional delivery standards, adhering to the core competency framework and established best practices.
  • Facilitate external training initiatives, driving revenue growth through high-impact programs.
  • Support specialized learning programs, including Aviation Security and Threat Recognition, contributing to broader organizational training objectives.
  • Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance, completing reports, expense submissions, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Innovate training methodologies, recommending and implementing new approaches to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.
  • Assist with new product rollouts and Entry into Service training, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Maintain accurate training records, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and organizational standards.
  • Translate and adapt training materials into Arabic, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness for Arabic-speaking audiences.
