Role Purpose

Consulting is a core division within JLL which encompasses assessment of all core real estate asset classes including residential retail hotels serviced apartments office entertainment industrial healthcare and education. The services that are provided include conducting feasibility studies development studies strategic advisory business plans portfolio advisory real estate development strategies and urban regeneration studies amongst others. We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager who is a Supply Chain Consulting Professional specializing in supply chain networking and software solutions who partners with clients to optimize their supply chain operations design strategic networks and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency resilience and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze clients existing supply chain networks to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and model optimal supply chain network configurations considering facility locations transportation routes inventory positioning and cost structures.
  • Lead supply chain transformation projects from assessment through implementation and change management.
  • Evaluate recommend and implement supply chain software solutions including TMS WMS inventory optimization and control tower technologies.
  • Develop digital supply chain roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
  • Build and deploy advanced analytics models for scenario planning risk management and performance optimization.
  • Create compelling business cases demonstrating ROI for recommended solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across operations IT finance and procurement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to client executive leadership.

Business Development & Customer Relationship Management:

  • Effectively understand Industrial & Logistics (I&L) needs of prospective clients and define suitable products to respond to their needs in the most professional manner.
  • Generates business opportunities of between USD 1 to 1.5 million initially.
  • Drive business development initiatives by forming close relationships with clients and securing business wins with respect to fee earning assignments.
  • Support the department head in taking a leadership role in the CRM function for consulting clients.

Execution of Assignments

  • Well informed on some of the main markets such as Dubai Abu Dhabi Riyadh Jeddah and other GCC markets including large industrial estates and masterplan.
  • Ensure execution of deliverables as per offers and allocation of tasks within the Consulting team.
  • Able to firstly develop and then defend the assumptions used in our analysis.
  • Ensure at all times that cooperation prevails between the various offices in the interest of clients.
  • Oversee the financial modelling and analysis.
  • Innovative as well as grounded ideas related to the business & development advice.
  • Realistic in terms of the quantum of development advised to clients develop.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Engineering Computer Science or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain consulting operations or related roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain network design and optimization.
  • Proficiency with supply chain software platforms (e.g. Blue Yonder SAP IBP Kinaxis o9 Manhattan Associates etc.).
  • Experience implementing and configuring supply chain technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with data modeling and visualization capabilities.
  • Excellent project management abilities with track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Superior communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supply chain certifications (APICS CSCP CLTD etc.).
  • Experience with network optimization tools (e.g. LLamasoft Coupa anyLogistix).
  • Knowledge of API integration data architecture and cloud-based solutions.
  • Background in programming or data science (Python R SQL etc.).
  • Understanding of emerging technologies (IoT blockchain AI/ML) in supply chain applications.
  • Experience leading teams in consulting or professional services environment.

OVO Consulting is an international legal and business advisory firm headquartered in the UAE. Our team is composed of multilingual legal professionals, compliance experts, and strategic advisors with extensive experience in both corporate environments and international law firms.

OVO Consulting is looking for experienced business introducers and strategic partners – not traditional salespeople– to help us grow our client base across the UAE, GCC, Africa and Europe.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Sales Partner / Client Acquisition Specialist (Commission-Based).

The individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and managing client relationships, developing partnerships with channel partners, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires regular communication with potential and existing clients to meet and exceed sales targets.

This is not a back-office role. We are seeking someone with a commercial mindset and a strong B2B and B2C and B2C network who can introduce our legal and business consultancy services to potential clients (corporates, SMEs, investors, professionals, etc.) and bring in qualified contracts.

Your role:

  • Identify and approach potential clients needing legal structuring, compliance, corporate advisory, or business setup services
  • Present OVO Consulting’s offer (materials provided) and introduce interested prospects to our legal team
  • Follow up until deal closure — you are not required to deliver the service, only to generate and qualify the lead
  • Attend business events or activate your personal/professional network to find leads

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service
  • Experience or ability to develop partnerships with Channel Partners
  • Proven track record in a commission-based sales environment
  • Network of business owners, legal or financial professionals, entrepreneurs, or SMEs

TheStrategy Consultant is a pivotal member of Optimizely’s Customer Success Organization, blending the hands-on delivery of product onboarding with strategic consulting to empower clients throughout the APAC region. The role encompasses end-to-end project management for onboarding the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform while also advising customers on digital strategy, optimization, and technology enablement. This position acts as both the primary point of contact for onboarding and a strategic thought partner to help clients achieve their business objectives through industry-leading solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial and ongoing point of contact for clients during onboarding and strategic engagements, ensuring a ‘white glove’ experience from sales handover to go-live.
  • Lead, manage, and execute multiple, simultaneous onboarding projects and strategic initiatives, balancing business priorities, use cases, customer satisfaction, and technical quality across the Optimizely suite (DXP, Data Platform, Experimentation, CMP, etc.).
  • Facilitate sessions and workshops with client stakeholders to align on goals, share strategic insights, influence action, and drive decisions affecting business impact, user experience, data, and technology.
  • Develop an excellent understanding of client goals, digital strategy, and how these can be enabled by technology solutions; help clients map organizational processes and support change management toward data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including strategy consultants, solutions architects, and Onboarding Delivery Partners, to ensure program success with clear goals, timelines, and processes.
  • Discover and document product requirements, advocate for the customer, and integrate Optimizely products while maintaining project hygiene through ongoing status and plan updates.
  • Participate in pre-sales scoping calls to help formulate custom packages and create SOWs (as applicable to senior level).
  • Work with clients to develop visions, strategies, and actionable plans—validating and framing ideas as testable hypotheses, recommendations, or research questions.
  • Maintain and share a repository of knowledge to scale consulting functions and support the wider Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing organizations.
  • Promote product adoption by understanding client goals and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of forthcoming releases and features through regular product open houses.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to Onboarding Delivery Partners and collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Sales, and Partner organizations across the region.
  • Create visibility and regularly share onboarding and strategic updates with the broader APAC team.
  • Encourage a cultureof continuous optimization, designing roadmaps, generating insights, and calculating business impact for clients.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce and Gainsight to coordinate resources and technical support as needed.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in customer success, project management, digital marketing, technology consulting, analytics, and/or customer experience optimization (CRO, AB testing), ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; skilled in leading customer discussions and facilitating workshops.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail, timelines, and quality; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of operational infrastructure, processes, and tools of a modern Digital Experience Platform.
  • Familiarity with Optimizely or other leading Digital Experience Platforms, is a plus.
  • Able to handle multiple competing priorities, adapt quickly, and respond effectively to client requests and timeline changes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time to visit customers

Bachelors or higher equivalent
