Role Overview
This is a pivotal role within the business, focused on expanding L'AQUA's presence across new and existing venues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and maintaining partnerships with hotels, beach clubs, and luxury retail spaces, while also overseeing inventory restocks and ensuring consistent brand representation across all partner locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion by securing new partnerships, consignment placements, and retail collaborations across hotels, resorts, and concept stores.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partner venues, ensuring weekly restocks, efficient communication, and service consistency.
- Develop and implement a growth strategy to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Manage inventory planning, restocking schedules, and reporting to ensure partner venues are consistently stocked and operations run smoothly.
- Represent L'AQUA at industry events, meetings, and brand activations.
- Track and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the fashion, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Context of the role
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a commercial team driving partnership development globally. The Strategic Partnerships Lead role is expected to set up, strategise, grow and execute channel sales partnerships in the Middle East region, providing a clear direction to the leadership on how and where to accelerate growth in this space across our key markets.
With all the untapped potential in channel sales, Strategic Partnerships are a critical component to scale the overall go-to-market for the business, generate revenue, and create lasting partnerships.
