Synopsis

Leads a team in gathering business intelligence and advanced data analysis to provide relevant information and knowledge in support of planning, decision-making, and the optimization of Etihad’s digital platforms. The role involves designing, building, and managing data visualization programs (including dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports) to increase conversion rates, improve self-service adoption, and enhance user experience across all transactional platforms.

Accountabilities

  • Develop the business intelligence and analytics strategy to achieve department objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, use cases, priorities, and define plans/projects for implementing BI and analytics solutions supporting operational requirements.
  • Continuously enhance the BI analytics operating model in compliance with relevant policies to optimize performance and resource utilization.

The Information Technology (IT) Department provides technical services in the areas of information security, digital services, IT-related procurement, cybersecurity, IT risk and resilience, data management, digital learning, and digital transformation, ensuring their overall alignment with AIIB's needs and priorities.
The team oversees the development and refinement of the IT strategy as well as the effective management of technology resources and the provision of technical support across Bank operations. The Senior Digital Program Specialist - Business Analysis, reporting to the lead of the IT Business Analysis Team, is responsible for building the business partnership between the IT Department and the Business Units (BUs) of the Bank by conducting IT business analysis activities to support the Bank's various businesses, such as collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and optimize the business processes, digital capabilities, needs, and technology gaps; and identifying, implementing, and supporting appropriate business solutions for business.
This role ensures that BUs' requests and operational requirements are supported by ITD in a timely manner and in alignment with industry best practices. The successful candidate will also provide guidance on emerging approaches and trends in the design and implementation of IT applications as part of essential services for the success of the Bank's Corporate Strategy and business plan.

Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. They apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve the client's overall strategy, performance, and operations.

Client Impact
Lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements
Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness
Team Collaboration & Culture
Lead team to creative insights and sound business recommendations, and deliver impactful client presentations while growing team members' roles and skills
Provide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels
Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management
Experience managing key client relationships
Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
Ability to identify new business development opportunities, and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities
Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients?in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
Preferred qualifications
Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm
Relevant industry expertise
MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)
