The role of Procurement Manager is a pivotal position within the organization's procurement and logistics group. This team focuses on providing aircraft services as well as general services, with a strong emphasis on cost mitigation through effective contract negotiation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing events and contracts to meet business operational needs in line with the company's procurement policy and procedures manual.

- Ensure that all projects, tenders, recommendation to award documentation, procurement contributions, and contracts are maintained and updated systematically in the systems to provide continuous project management, accurate reporting, and appropriate escalation of issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Champion the adoption and optimization of procurement systems (e.g., EPIC, iDoc, Oracle) to streamline processes and improve data transparency and accuracy.
- Execute and support other activities, roles, responsibilities, or tasks as directed by the line management or as required by the organization to meet business needs and ensure operational flexibility.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below qualification requirements:
Qualifications:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, finance, or a related field.
- Recommended qualifications: minimum of one of the following qualifications: MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM, IPSCMI, CIPP, CPPP, CISCP, CICCM, CIPN, CITLP, CISM, CMPO, or an advanced qualification to manage procurement and supply chain on an international scale.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the aviation or related industry.
- Best practice 'Source to Pay' experience of procurement sourcing activities and contract management deploying standard best practice procurement processes.
- Experience and knowledge of given markets for specific categories in support of developing robust category strategies.
