What you'll be doing

Support in the coordination of projects that focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a sustainability lens. Support in assisting in the management of partnerships between our organization and external groups, working closely in conjunction with our Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO).

  1. Supporting with Group’s sustainability initiatives : This means that the person in this role will be involved in activities related to the company's sustainability efforts.
  2. Project management : Project management skills are essential in this role, indicating that the individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various sustainability and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) projects. This includes tasks such as setting project goals, allocating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Supporting on DEI Projects : In addition to sustainability, the person will also be involved in DEI projects. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives focus on creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace.

You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on sustainable procurement and digital transformation. Working across sectors, you'll lead the development of procurement frameworks aligned with international ESG standards, while embedding technology-driven solutions for smarter, more agile operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to assess procurement needs and deliver tailored, innovative solutions
  • Developing procurement policies, procedures, and digital-enabled strategies
  • Advising on sustainable procurement aligned with ISO 20400, GRI, SASB, UN SDGs, and TCFD
  • Supporting the integration of digital tools, platforms, and analytics in procurement functions

Experience

  • 8+ years in procurement and supply chain, including consulting experience
  • Proven ability to develop and implement procurement policies and strategies
  • Strong expertise in sustainable procurement and ESG frameworks
  • Hands-on experience leading digital transformation initiatives within procurement (e.g., eProcurement systems, analytics, automation, AI tools)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications

  • MCIPS Level 6 or equivalent (preferred)
  • Deep familiarity with global standards including ISO 20400, ISO 14001, GRI, SASB, UN SDGs, TCFD
  • Experience designing and delivering ESG and procurement training or assessments

Position Overview:

The Boeing Global Enterprise Sustainability team is seeking a Regional Programme Manager for METACA and Europe. This role will help to develop and lead the execution of Boeings sustainability programmes alongside industry and Government partners. These projects are located throughout the Middle East Turkiye Africa and Central Asia (METACA) with key projects being located in METACA.

In addition this role will act as the regional sustainability lead for Africa. In this capacity the role will develop advocate for and execute sustainability initiatives policies and partnerships across Africa working alongside airlines trade associations Governments and wider industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in aviation sustainability partnership execution policy advocacy customer engagement and public engagement. The candidate will be a member of the Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES) organisation will be part of the METACA Sustainability team and will report to the Regional Director of Sustainability for Europe Middle East Trkiye Africa and Central Asia.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the programme management of existing partnership programmes throughout the METACA and Europe region working with Boeing and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in develop new executable projects and programmes.

  • Develop strategic marketing and messaging efforts as well as undertaking external engagement to promote sustainability initiatives ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholder expectations.

  • In partnership with the METACA Sustainability Lead lead the development and implementation of the African sustainability strategy ensuring alignment with Boeings overall sustainability goals.

  • Foster and own relationships with key stakeholders including lessors airlines government agencies industry partners and NGOs to advance Boeings sustainability agenda in the region.

  • Develop sustainability policy strategies to advocate for measures with Boeing Global (BG) that supports the acceleration and scaling of critical technologies such as SAF carbon dioxide removal (CDR) technologies and book-and-claim mechanisms working across the entire value chain including with financiers Governments technology providers and off takers.

  • Coordinate and support cross-functional sustainability objectives collaborating with Sales Marketing Communications BCA BDS BGS Boeing Global (BG) Enterprise Technology (ET&T) Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) and Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES).

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A proactive approach to independently advancing initiatives while effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Proven experience of executing and developing multi-stakeholder aviation sustainability events and partnerships.

  • Experience with sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and relevant technologies.

  • A collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills to balance multiple stakeholder requirements resolve contentious issues and develop opportunities.

  • A global perspective with strong international acumen and experience working with diverse teams and understanding various viewpoints.

  • Broad knowledge of environmental and sustainability issues including the policy and regulatory environment affecting aviation as well as current and future carbon emissions incentive mechanisms or mandates impacting the commercial aviation industry.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create deliver and share persuasive presentations representing Boeing to internal and external stakeholders.

About the role - Lead and drive the development, implementation, and management of Dubai Holding Community Management's sustainability strategy and initiatives, ensuring alignment with global best practices, local regulations, and Dubai Holding's overarching sustainability goals. This role will be responsible for embedding sustainability principles across the organization's operations, engaging stakeholders, and driving measurable improvements in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive sustainability strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's business objectives and relevant sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SDGs).
  • Identify key sustainability priorities, set targets, and develop action plans to address environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities.
  • Drive the integration of sustainability considerations into organizational policies, procedures, and decision-making processes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of environmental management systems and initiatives, focusing on areas such as energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, emissions reduction, and biodiversity.
  • Monitor environmental performance, track progress against targets, and report on key environmental metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and permits.
  • Develop and implement social responsibility initiatives focusing on areas such as employee well-being, community engagement, ethical sourcing, and stakeholder relations.
  • Monitor social performance, track progress against targets, and report on key social metrics.
  • Foster a culture of social responsibility across the organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of strong governance frameworks and ethical practices related to sustainability.
  • Contribute to transparent and accountable reporting on ESG matters.
  • Promote a culture of ethical conduct and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., employees, customers, investors, regulators, community groups) to understand their sustainability expectations and build collaborative relationships.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to raise awareness about the organization's sustainability efforts and performance.
  • Represent the organization in relevant sustainability forums and initiatives.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data in accordance with relevant reporting frameworks and stakeholder requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports and other disclosures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and transparency in all sustainability communications.
  • Team Leadership & Management (if applicable):
  • Lead and manage the sustainability team (if applicable), providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against sustainability targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sustainability performance data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the organization's sustainability performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SDGs), and reporting standards.
  • Proven experience in environmental management, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop recommendations.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Leadership and team management skills (if applicable).
  • Knowledge of relevant local and international sustainability regulations and trends.
  • Experience in the real estate or community management sector is an advantage.

Senior Sustainability & Commissioning Engineer / Manager

An exciting opportunity exists within an international consultancy for a Senior Commissioning Engineer with a background in sustainable building projects, to join their expanding team in Abu Dhabi.

Your role will encompass leading a commissioning team responsible for carrying out commissioning design reviews, verifying, and coordinating the testing and commissioning of MEP systems for LEED-certified buildings. You will be responsible for programming, preparing, and reviewing method statements, and leading commissioning meetings to resolve any design issues, etc. The successful individual will also take ownership of the commissioning team and play a key role in the division's growth through new business development and ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to international standards.

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong MEP commissioning background, ideally be LEED certified, and have previous client-facing, project management, and leadership experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking individual to progress their career within a highly reputable international organization.
