What you'll be doing
Support in the coordination of projects that focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a sustainability lens. Support in assisting in the management of partnerships between our organization and external groups, working closely in conjunction with our Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO).
- Supporting with Group’s sustainability initiatives : This means that the person in this role will be involved in activities related to the company's sustainability efforts.
- Project management : Project management skills are essential in this role, indicating that the individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various sustainability and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) projects. This includes tasks such as setting project goals, allocating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supporting on DEI Projects : In addition to sustainability, the person will also be involved in DEI projects. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives focus on creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
