- Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers (e.g.,Rippling) to ensure accurate reporting and tax remittance and Support payroll tax compliance if US-based employees are hired
- Oversee VAT returns, HMRC submissions, and CT600 (Corporation Tax) filings
- Manage UK payroll tax compliance, including PAYE, NICs, P11Ds, and RTI submissions
- Liaise with UK-based advisors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all filings

United Arab Emirates (UAE):
