The **Traffic Management Supervisor** supervises all movement activities for WRM Traffic Management Section which includes Pre-positioned cargo via land, air and sea. Responsible for training and establishing effective movement shipment planning functions, loading/unloading trucks and containers. Provides oversight for the operations of Cargo Movement Operating System (CMOS), Global Air Transportation Executive System (GATES), Global Transportation Network (GTN) and web-based tracking systems to ensure In-transit Visibility (ITV) within the Defense Transportation System. Ensures compliance with the applicable USAF mandatory requirements. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
**Principal Accountabilities**
+ Schedules work priorities based on day-to-day Traffic Management Movement Operations, Taskers, Executive Coordination Agency (ECA) Taskers, Primary Contracting Office (PCO) and Administrative Contracting Office (ACO) Taskers.
+ Reviews transportation movement documentation for accuracy, hazardous materials certification and technical data and provide assistance to all section personnel.
+ Directs inventories, accepts, inspects, processes and documents cargo offered for transportation.
+ Physically inspects cargo for proper packaging, marking and labeling.
+ Ensures hazardous materials are properly labeled, packaged, inspected and certified.
+ Provides training and supervision for personnel using automated computer systems and programs to process freight (CMOS, GATES, IBS).
+ Prepares and handles cargo in accordance with all prescribed regulations, instructions, technical orders and procedures.
+ Prepares and submits all required shipping documents. Assigns Transportation Control Numbers (TCN's) to cargo. Maintains a TCN log.
+ Loads/unloads all 463L pallets, containers and trucks.
+ Uses CMOS to process and document all freight.
+ Inventories and inspects all incoming freight for damage prior to acceptance. Initiates and completes SF 361, Transportation Discrepancy Report (DISREP) as required.
+ Assists in maintaining WRM and operational stock levels of all 463L assets.
+ Safely transports and handles explosives.
+ Perform quality inspections of subcontractor as required.
+ Develops work standards for subordinates.
+ Identifies training deficiencies and Conducts On-the-job Training as required.
+ Implements, documents and controls quality, training, environment and safety programs.
+ Maintains publications, forms and files required for Traffic Management operations. Compiles data and submits reports as required.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must have outstanding customer service and organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an advanced level.
+ Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
+ Must be familiar with software programs relating to Traffic Management Operations.
+ May be required to operate material handling equipment.

+ Must be able to successfully complete training to prepare, certify and/or inspect Hazardous Materials for Air Transportation IAW AFMAN 24-604.
+ May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.

• Zone to meet RTA’s vision of safe and smooth transport for all in his or her assigned Zone.
• Responsible for preparing the monthly roster for each shift within his or her Zone.
• During his or her shift, ensure that Senior Traffic System operators are monitoring adaptive real-time urban traffic control system (UTC/SCOOT) to operate signalized traffic signals on Dubai’s major arterial roads.
• Extensive coordination with tunnel control rooms, Enterprise Command & Control Center (EC3), Tram
• Operations Control Center (OCC), Dubai Police, Civil Defense, and Dubai Ambulance to prevent any secondary incidents and ensures safety of all road users.
• Ensure during his or her respective Zone, Senior Traffic System operators are proactively monitoring critical corridors during peak-hour traffic and effectively utilizing Closed-Circuit Television Camera (CCTVs) and advance traffic management system (iTraffic) for safe and smooth traffic flow.
• Supervise and provide assistance in operating, if and when requested by Senior Traffic System operators on Tram related signalized traffic intersections to ensure safety to all road users and congestion free Tram corridors.
• Ensure appropriate/prompt action has been taken in his or her respective Zone by the Senior Traffic System operators in the event of a road traffic incident and appropriate response plans have been activated and timely deactivation upon incident end.
• Knowledgeable with Standard Operating Procedures related to Traffic Management Center and be able to advise and ensure compliance by the Senior Traffic System operators.
• Well versed with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management) procedures and responsible for implementing them during emergencies.
• Ensure that all the Incidents are closed or handed over to the next Shift Supervisor/Senior Supervisor or faults are reported to respective Section/Department or Section/Department-assigned Maintenance Contractor personnel.
• Review Daily, Weekly and Monthly Maximo Logs within his or her respective Zone and ensure all Senior Traffic
• System operators have logged incident/fault details correctly in the Maximo.
• Responsible for the targeted KPI achievements related to Incident & Fault reporting as well as shift-handovers within his or her Zone and provide monthly report to the Chief Supervisor utilizing data from Maximo.
• Escalate incident/fault within his or her Zone to Chief Supervisor in case of crisis/emergency.
• The Senior Supervisor should possess hands on experience on all Traffic Control Systems such as iTraffic (with all subsystems), SCOOT/UTC, SCADA systems for Tunnels, SMART Drive and reporting tools like Maximo &Microsoft Office tools
  

Job Description

• Make sure that appropriate information is being disseminated to motorists through advanced traveler information system.
• Supervise and if required operate SCADA systems in Airport, Shindagha and Sheikh Rashid Hospital tunnels. It is his or her responsibility to safeguard that Life-Safety Critical Systems are operated efficiently to ensure safe passage of traffic in the tunnels and meet RTA’s vision of Safe and Smooth Transport for all.
• Supervise Senior Traffic System operators assigned to operate Smart Drive system ensuring all incident data disseminated to road users accurately and provide monthly summary of incidents to Chief Supervisor.
• Support and assist Chief Supervisor during major events such as New Year’s celebrations and Expo 2020 utilizing advanced traffic management system to prevent incidents. In his or her shift within the respective Zone, ensure that system generated travel times on dynamic message signs (DMS) and real-time traffic information disseminated to smart phones and web enabled applications are monitored by the Senior Traffic System operator.
• Ensure all field equipment health status are well monitored by Senior Traffic System operators within his or her respective Zone. He or she will be responsible that all critical faults have been reported to concerned stakeholder(s) for them to take appropriate action and restore faults for safe and smooth operations.
• Provides valuable feedback to Chief Supervisor for matters related to enhancement of operational efficiency within his or her respective Zone.

Senior Cybersecurity Engineer - Air Traffic Management
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Lead client engagements and provide global technical cybersecurity expertise.

Lead and deliver cybersecurity design and integration projects and support consulting services (architectures review compliance/gap assessment risk management vulnerability assessment penetration testing, etc.) to clients with IT and OT environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity technical expertise and produce cybersecurity deliverables.
• Identify and address client needs: build solid relationships; develop awareness of cyber services; communicate with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; deliver clear requests for information; demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicate potential conflicts to a supervisor.
• Design and develop cybersecurity architectures for IT/OT systems and networks.
• Develop system/subsystem security designs, system and network architecture designs, security management, backup and recovery, and patch management plans.
• Implement, build, and integrate (installation configuration hardening integration and testing) cybersecurity solutions (AntiMalware, log management, identity management, VPN, application whitelist, backup, patch management, etc.).
• Lead and contribute to the Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and produce testing reports.
• Support and contribute to cybersecurity vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for IT/OT systems.
• Use, develop, and adapt risk assessment methodologies and tools for both IT/OT systems.
• Perform and support cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance with applicable regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Derive cybersecurity requirements and recommendations for action according to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness and training for the cybersecurity components that are part of the security design and prepare training materials.
• Support the project manager in regular progress review meetings, reporting project progress to company management and the customer.
• Ensure project completion within the timeline and quality as per the project plan.

Work Experience Requirements

• More than 15 years of experience in Cyber and Information Security field.
• 7 years of experience in designing & building cybersecurity architectures and solutions (Firewalls, IDS, Endpoint Protection, Application Whitelist, SIEM, Remote Access, Patch Management, VPN, etc.).
• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting and services (framework development, audit compliance/gap assessment, risk assessment/treatment, vulnerability assessment/penetration testing).
• 3 years of experience in OT environments, preferably Aviation and Transportation.
• Solid knowledge of both international and regional standards and frameworks (e.g., NESA, ISR, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIST).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office: Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Relevant accreditations and vendor certifications such as (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Red Hat, Microsoft, etc.) and other internationally recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, IEC 62443, CEH, etc.

Preferred:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or Data Science.
• Previous experience in Engineering/Consulting/Professional services in Aviation and/or OT environments.

MANDATORY AIR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
