Based in the Corporate office in Dubai, the Spa & Wellness Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the rollout of wellness initiatives across the company’s global properties.
Reporting to the Global Vice President of Spa & Wellness, this role supports the creation and ensures the seamless implementation of wellness strategies, maintaining brand standards and enhancing operational efficiency in line with the brand's overall goals.
By collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and providing key research and reporting, the manager will help drive innovation and elevate the wellness experience for both guests and the local market. Additionally, this role will contribute to the growth and profitability of the spa and wellness division while maintaining operational excellence across all locations.
This position is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong interest or experience in wellness, looking to play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of a dynamic and evolving wellness division.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Implementation- Support the creation of wellness strategies across global properties.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations with exposure to spa, wellness, or guest experience initiatives preferred.
- Background or education in hospitality business or a related field; spa/wellness certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational and proven project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives across locations.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, T&C, Sales, PR, F&B, and operations.
- Understanding of operational efficiency, quality control, and brand standards within hospitality and wellness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with corporate and property-level teams.
