Key Responsibilities:- Fitness Centre Operations:
- Manage the daily operations of the health club and fitness centre.
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained and available for use at all times.
- Collaborate with health club members and staff to deliver a high-quality fitness experience.
- Assist with budgeting, inventory, and ordering equipment or supplies for the fitness centre.
- Kids Club Operations:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of kids club programs and activities.
- Create engaging activities that foster a positive and fun environment for families.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children and guests at all times.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and members.
- Answer inquiries, provide information on services and offerings, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- A high school diploma or vocational training in hospitality, childcare, fitness, or recreation is required.
- Prior experience (internship, volunteer, or part-time) in a hotel kids club, daycare, or gym is a plus.
- CPR and basic First Aid certification is a must.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of health, wellness, and safety practices is necessary.
