Qualifications

Candidates will have an academic record appropriate for a tenured appointment as full professor in one of the departments within the Division of Engineering at NYUAD and a demonstrated track record of working closely with undergraduate and graduate students from a wide variety of backgrounds.

The incoming Dean will have demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring and promoting exceptional faculty and providing an environment in which they can flourish through meaningful discourse and support for research, scholarship, and teaching, and a record of encouraging and facilitating innovation and collaboration across disciplines.

Job Description

The role will be responsible for providing technical sales support to the Sales team across the region, which will involve detailed demonstrations and presentations of models and concepts, and bespoke analysis to map business needs/challenges of prospective clients. This role will lead on business development activities and revenue growth through new opportunities as well as contribute to the leadership and direction of the team.

Responsibilities
  1. Growing and managing the business by developing a network of new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
  2. Work closely with senior management to pinpoint specific growth opportunities and take the lead in owning the execution and results of the plan.
  3. Identify opportunities, analyze risk/reward trade-offs. Build business cases and participate in negotiations.
  4. Represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and through written submissions leading to journals, newspapers, and trade magazines.
  5. Deliver presentations and demonstrations of software solutions to our prospects and clients.
  6. Interact with clients and contacts at the executive level.
  7. Partner with the wider sales team to build the sales pipeline to promote Analytics solutions.
  8. Subject matter expert on Enterprise Risk Solution with a focus on Economic models, Stress Testing, Regulatory (Basel, IFRS, Liquidity), Credit, Economic Capital, ALM & ESG.
  9. May line manage.
  10. Extensive short-term travel required.
Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree or higher preferred.
  2. Extensive professional experience, including experience in a top-tier consultancy or financial services company.
  3. Fluency in English is required and Arabic language would be highly desirable.
  4. Strong Cloud & SaaS knowledge and ability to articulate their related value proposition.
  5. Broad understanding of the competitive landscape for related products and services.
  6. Established a track record of building deep relationships.
  7. Subject matter expert in Risk, Finance, and Credit.
  8. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  9. Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
  10. Experience and contacts in the GCC and wider Middle Eastern regions.

  4. Quality Control and Delivery:

    • Incorporate feedback to refine and improve content with precision and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in video production, filming, and editing, preferably in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
  2. Skills:
    • Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
    • Expertise in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio techniques for diverse filming environments.
    • Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining Imfluence’s high creative standards.
    • Bonus: Arabic language proficiency is a plus, reflecting our commitment to engaging audiences across the MENA region.
