As an Account Support Associate (ASA), you’ll be a key member of our Business Support Services (BSS) team. The ASA program supports a wide range of service lines (Assurance, Consulting, Tax, Strategy and Transactions ), making this a great place to gain exposure to new skills and progress your career. You will work directly with high-level client-serving professionals (partners/principals, executive directors, senior managers and managers) to drive project management and engagement coordination for EY’s key account client-serving teams. Your key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted in time to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Provide and support sales teams with data for quick identification of sales and distribution gaps and suggested action points.
3. Provide meaningful analytics and business reporting to support the decision-making function.
4. Ensure timely and accurate submission of incentive calculations as well as target setting for each quarter.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate or equivalent.
2. English language – Read, write, and speak fluently.
3. MS Office/other IT, ERP knowledge.
4. 0-2 years prior experience in a similar role in UAE (FMCG Industry).
5. Age less than 35 years.
6. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities on a need basis.

The Group Sr Tax Manager will:

a) oversee Agility’s tax compliance and new business projects, monitor new tax legislation, and implement tax efficiencies for the group, with a current focus on UAE Corporate Tax and OECD Pillar 2, and

b) manage the tax control framework and day-to-day tax activities and act as the Main Business Point of Contact for all tax matters for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage the Group Tax control framework and day-to-day Tax affairs, including the group’s tax compliance, providing strategic direction, technical guidance, and acting proactively as the Business Partner for both Agility Corporate office and Agility’s global Businesses.

• You will be working on:

1. the group's Corporate tax Compliance,
2. the implementation of the OECD Pillar 2,
3. designing and implementing Operational Transfer Pricing optimizations,
4. designing and implementing the Groups tax control framework,
5. related documents to ensure compliance,
6. the preparation of worldwide transfer pricing documentation, including master file, local files, and country by country reporting, and any other requirements.

• Recognize technical tax issues, perform research and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Ensure appropriate tax advice is sought to identify risks, opportunities, and steps for implementation.
• Partner and manage the relationship with external tax advisors and Tax Authorities.
• Responsible to provide tax provisions and forecasts to facilitate the decision-making process.
• Pursues refunds, credits and incentives as the company moves into new markets or new locations to maximize tax benefits to the company.
• Works closely with the Corporate Team: Accounting, Legal, FP&A and the local Tax and Finance teams.
• Remain up to date with new legislation.

• Bachelors’ degree in Tax Economics/Accounting.
• Formal tax qualification / membership from CTA, IFA, NOB, or similar body is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Big Four Tax firm, and / or as an in-house tax professional with an international organization.
• Experienced in operating with the top levels within an organization; experienced in people management for regular contact with employees, managers and executives across all functions and geographies of the organization, both remotely and in person.
• Accustomed to regular external contact with Tax Authorities, government agencies, lawyers, and 3rd party service providers.

• Good finance/tax knowledge along with well-developed IT skills with SAP, Oracle, Cognos and/or MS Office.
• Proven ability to take ownership of a project from start to completion.
• Analytical, strong attention to detail, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Electrical Design Engineer

In this role you will be working on MV & LV power distribution systems for large and mega infrastructure projects that meet customer quality requirements and international as well as Local Authority regulations and standards. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develops Electrical engineering designs for MV & LV power distribution systems for large and mega infrastructure projects that meet customer quality requirements and international as well as Local Authority regulations and standards. This includes defining the problem, establishing the work scope, preparing the budget and schedule, planning the work, providing technical direction, and reporting the work status.
• Shall be responsible for liaising with Electricity Authorities such as DEWA, SEWA, Ethihad WE etc for obtaining Power Supply Master Plan Approvals, Load NOCs, LV Design Approvals & MV Design Approvals. Distribution substation approvals, Getting Electricity applications, NOCs and all related designs preparations.
• The engineer may be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a lead engineer for a specific discipline on a small to intermediate-size project.
• Shall Provide input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and Mid-Level, Junior Engineers working on the same project.
• Shall Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years relevant project or design experience in electrical Engineer position.

• Recent experience of HV, MV & LV electrical design related to infrastructure as per local standards.

• Experience in engineering software to perform Power system analysis, fault current, load flow etc would be an added advantage.

• Must have thorough knowledge of IEC and various local authority standards in the GCC like DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, Civil Defense, Etisalat, Du etc.

• Involve in master plan design from Concept stage to Detailed design terms of HV, MV & LV utility corridor space proofing, defining ROW requirements, coordination with wet utilities, ICT, Telecom, roads, transportation & landscape teams

• Prepare demand load calculations, sizing major equipment and circuits, tie in point requirements, exposure and understanding of dry utilities and infrastructure projects from Concept to IFC stage

• Experience in infrastructure projects, understanding of the requirements for primary substations 132/11 kV, HV corridor, distribution substations, pocket substations, feeder pillars, 11kV & LV networks and report writing skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Shall be able to analyze the specific project requirements for greenfield, brownfield projects.

• Design knowledge of MV and LV networks and Preparation of tender and IFC specifications.

• Preparation of design reports, specifications, tender documents and securing design approvals for different project phases including coordination with client/authorities/sub consultants.

• Review of design reports prepared by other consultants and preparation of design review reports
