Researcher Position Responsibilities
  1. Taking Job Briefs from Managers & Directors for active positions, asking accurate questions to target the right candidates.
  2. Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Director/Manager.
  3. Working actively with Managers/Directors on sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing candidates.
  4. Creating high-level information packs for candidates to understand the client, role, and regional job market.
  5. Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role across various clients, serving as a personal database.
  6. Updating records of active candidates in our recruitment database.
