Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite workflows, custom records, forms, and saved searches to align with business processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and document system processes, business rules, and integration requirements.
  • Support month-end closing, financial reconciliations, and reporting needs in NetSuite.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) scripts for automation, workflow enhancements, and business logic customization.
  • Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop REST and SOAP Web Services (SuiteTalk, RESTlets, OIC Adapters) for seamless data exchange.
  • Implement error handling, monitoring, and logging mechanisms for NetSuite-OIC integrations.
  • Support data migration, system upgrades, and release management to ensure NetSuite stability and performance.
  • Optimize integration workflows for scalability, performance, and security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for ERP integrations.
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow (Workflows), SuiteTalk (Web Services & API integration).
  • Experience in NetSuite customization, role-based security, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, File, Database, and Oracle ERP Cloud Adapters).
  • Experience in integrating NetSuite with WMS, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for OIC and NetSuite script errors.
  • Hands-on experience with CSV imports, NetSuite saved searches, and data migration.
  • Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBundler, and SuiteApp deployment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
  • NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation, Suite Cloud Developer).
  • Experience in multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and tax localization setups.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, or other Oracle Cloud Applications.
  • Exposure to E-commerce, POS, and SCM integrations using OIC.
