Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
- Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
- Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
- Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
- Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.

Provide technical support, identify and resolve customer challenges, and escalate issues as necessary.
Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
Communicate regularly with senior management regarding sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethics and a successful track record.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment chemical sales, with knowledge of desalination units, boilers, cooling towers, WWTP, and ETPs.
- Knowledge of green energy, emerging water treatment technologies, and sustainability solutions is a plus.
