The Cashier will be responsible for processing payments, itemizing and totaling customer purchases at Autoplus.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACTIVITIES
- Customer Service: Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment.
- Payments: Receive payments via cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Invoices: Prepare and issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Counting Till: Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy and sufficient change.
- Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Pricing: Establish or identify prices of goods and services, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
- Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints, provide guidance, and offer relevant information.
- Policies & Procedures: Maintain checkout operations by adhering to policies and reporting needed changes.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as required by the Accounts Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of cashier or front-desk experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, and MS Office.

Job Summary:
The Mechanic is responsible for performing mechanical inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. The Mechanic ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of vehicles serviced within the workshop.
Area of Responsibility & Activities:
- Vehicle Maintenance & Repair: Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, and brake systems. Conduct routine services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-ups.

Job Description
Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or workpiece as guides for subsequent machining as necessary.

Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerised machine control media according to established guidelines and procedures.

The Paint Protection Film Technician will be responsible for overall application of ceramic coating, paint protection film, wrapping and window tint using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents/ products to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles as per Autoplus standards.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:
Vehicle receiving and
inspections: Receive vehicles as per assigned schedule. Check the car before and after installation to avoid customer complaint.
Car Pre-washing: Pre-wash on vehicles prior to the actual repair process beginning and may also wash vehicles during estimating process in order to identify all damage.
Film Application: Accurately and properly install film according to specification Ensure proper preparation of the film before installation.
Quality Check: Pay utmost attention towards the surfaces where the film is applied thus free from dust, lines, bubbles or any particles that will ruin the image or view
Detailing: Perform a thorough detailing and cleaning of all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer.

Safety procedures: Consistently utilizes all required safety equipment, adheres to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal and participate in monthly safety meetings
Preventive Maintenance and Best Practices: Maintain the proper function of all service tools and equipment in the detail department; keep personal work area organized and returns tools, materials and equipment to designated areas at the end of each day
Personal Grooming: Maintain cleanliness, and perfect appearance well-groomed at all times towards presentation and representation of the organization
Ad-hoc duties: Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business.
To be a successful Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician , you should have hands-on experience in automotive polishing or detailing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision. You must be physically fit, committed to quality standards, and able to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced workshop environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable dealership, workshop, or major automotive manufacturer as a polisher or PPF technician
Prior experience with automotive paint protection film installation or detailing is preferred
Ability to understand and communicate in English

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Diploma or equivalent
SKILLS andEXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a draughtsman in the Joinery and interior fit-out industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Deep understanding of interior fit-out and joineryprocesses, materials, and construction techniques.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Job Summary:
The Polisher is responsible for enhancing and restoring the surface finish of vehicles by polishing and buffing painted areas after repairs or detailing. The Polisher ensures a high-gloss, defect-free finish that meets company and manufacturer quality standards.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES.
Surface Polishing & Buffing: Polish repainted surfaces and vehicle panels using rotary or dual-action polishers. · Remove swirl marks, overspray, dust nibs, and minor paint imperfections.
Finishing & Appearance Enhancement: Apply polishing compounds, waxes, and sealants to achieve high-gloss finishes. · Enhance the overall appearance of vehicles prior to delivery or customer handover.
Defect Identification & Correction: Inspect painted surfaces for blemishes, scratches, and texture inconsistencies. · Perform minor touch-ups if necessary or report major issues to the painter or supervisor.
Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain polishing tools and machines safely and effectively. · Clean tools and replace polishing pads and materials regularly.
Material Handling: Use appropriate grades of compounds and pads based on surface condition. · Store and label polishing materials properly according to safety guidelines.
Safety & Workshop Standards: Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). · Maintain a clean and organized polishing area.
Collaboration & Workflow Support: Coordinate with painters, denters, and service advisors to ensure timely job completion. · Meet daily polishing targets while maintaining quality standards.
To be a successful Auto Polisher , you should have strong attention to detail, excellent knowledge of polishing techniques, and the ability to restore vehicle surfaces to a flawless finish. A professional attitude, commitment to safety, and high work standards are essential.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
2–4 years of experience in vehicle polishing and detailing
Knowledge of polishing compounds, paint types, and finishing techniques
Skilled in using polishing machines, pads, and abrasives
Understanding of clear coat systems and paint correction methods
Ability to identify surface imperfections and apply suitable polishing solutions
Strong focus on producing clean, accurate, and high-quality work
Commitment to safety procedures and compliance with company policies
Ability to work efficiently, meet daily targets, and adapt to varying tasks
Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and initiative to improve performance
