• Assist the contract manager/engineer in defining new prices, preparing amendments to subcontracts, and discussing claims; manage vendor specialists where applicable.

Job Title: Construction Mechanical Supervisor Machinery

Duration: 16 months (Extendable)

Hours/rotation: Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid)

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all field activities are performed in accordance with the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Policy, regulations, standards and procedures. This includes promoting preventive and corrective actions as required.

Key responsibilities include:

• To perform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, preparing revisions as needed.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects/operations in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent subject to ADNOC Group approval. Other HSE certifications considered at ADNOC Group discretion.
• Mandatory - Lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent. Incident Investigation technique. Additional HSE trainings/certifications are an advantage.
