**Job Summary**
The Senior Document Controller coordinates the flow of technical documents (requisitions, data books, drawings, specifications, calculations) between projects and proposal operations, engineering disciplines, and other related support groups internally and externally. Also assist in the office well being and compliance with AECOM standards.
**Job Duties**
+ Establishing and maintaining a library of reference documents. Be aware of the various record keeping and reporting procedures of the company's quality standards.
+ Correlating information relating to projects and proposal records.
+ Type, copy, distribute and file the project correspondence and meeting minutes.
+ Assist in the preparation of the minutes of meetings with the project managers and directors.

+ Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products, e.g. Excel, Word, etc.

A Human Resources Administrative Clerk provides the Team with administrative support, including typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements, internal customer service and other general office duties:
+ Maintain of filing system in accordance with the Record Retention policy

As a Bar Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing Guests with food and drinks as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Manage an efficiently operated bar shift that is in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations
+ Use every possible opportunity to gain knowledge in all areas of bar supervision
