We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing optimal operating models, ensuring scalability, ownership, control, visibility, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive operating model by collaborating with department champions and support functions.
• Developments: Identify emerging regulatory requirements early on and work closely with 2LoD Stewards to scope and manage them. Engage with the Central Bank and industry bodies to influence proposed or future requirements and deliver 'dry runs.'
• Production: Coordinate and deliver the end-to-end reporting process, including submission management, internal escalation, and handling post-submission Central Bank queries.

Drive delivery of BAU regulatory reporting requirements in UAE, focusing on new requirements that need bank-wide coordination such as Monthly Examiner Returns and RBS.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Regulatory Reporting strategic deliverables and minimize project and BAU risk by providing guidance and establishing a control framework around regulatory reporting.

Key stakeholders include the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer, while other stakeholders include the Chief Control Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Engagement across LOBs and sub-functional teams is crucial to deliver the bank-wide initiative.

Regularly provide status updates to country and region Risk Management Meetings and various governance forums to ensure effective and efficient BAU reporting.
