HOUSEKEEPING – RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain rooms and common areas neat and clean
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and schedules

- Proactively support, guide and validate key SMDL vacant positions.

- Collect and support the sharing of market intelligence amongst regional and property teams on commercial opportunities and understand future threats.
- Coach and provide guidance on the budgeting and pricing validation process.
- To build high value working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Support the Commercial Strategy Ramp Up plan with the DOSM to ensure no delay in key milestones for new openings, re-openings and re-branding properties.

Qualifications

Lead the beverage operations of the German Beer Garden, ensuring alignment with traditional German drinking customs and high service standards.
Design and curate a distinctive beverage menu featuring premium German beers (draught & bottled), schnapps, regional wines, and seasonal cocktails.
Champion Oktoberfest operations, including bar set-up, keg tapping ceremonies, and beverage rituals like Maßkrugstemmen (stein-holding contests), etc.
Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate service team focused on authenticity, storytelling, and guest engagement.
Source and maintain relationships with key German beverage suppliers and brewers.
Drive revenue through promotions, themed nights, and beer festivals throughout the year.
Ensure compliance with all HACCP, hygiene, and licensing standards.
Monitor beverage costs, inventory, and wastage control through effective forecasting and ordering systems.
Collaborate with culinary and entertainment teams to create cohesive dining and cultural experiences.
Be the face and storyteller of the space – infusing Bavarian spirit and charm into every shift!
Fluency in German and English is a must.
Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage management with at least 2 years in an authentic German beer hall, beer garden, or Oktoberfest setting.
Strong understanding of German beer styles, pouring techniques, and cultural traditions.
Previous exposure to launching or managing Oktoberfest events or Bavarian-themed outlets is highly desirable.
Experience in UAE or an international 4/5-star hotel environment is a plus.
Certification in WSET / Bartending / Beverage Management preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Guest-centric, vibrant, and performance-driven personality.
