- 10+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a total of 20+ years of experience.
- Proven experience managing M&A transactions within the pharmaceutical sector, from deal identification and structuring to successful integration, including cross-border deals that navigate complex regulatory environments, markets, and business cultures, with demonstrated success in acquiring companies and/or marketing authorizations and effectively handling the associated legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory environments and healthcare market trends.
- Expertise in M&A strategy, due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
- Deep knowledge of global market access, commercial strategy, and market entry dynamics.
- The position may be based in either the Netherlands or Germany.
