We are hiring two Inside Sales/Event Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outreach, managing event marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to effectively manage both sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Inside Sales:
- Generate leads and build a pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Qualify and convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Event Marketing:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote company products and services.
- Develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement.
- Work with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution and post-event follow-up.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales and event marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels, providing information, support, and solutions to address their needs.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present reports on sales activities, event outcomes, and marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics to track performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, event marketing, or a related field.
Skills/ScopeProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing events., Strong understanding of sales processes and event marketing strategies.
Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills., Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively., Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.

About the roleAs our Brand Activation Manager based in Dubai, you’ll be our first Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) employee in the UAE. Your mission: spot the right opportunities, bring Oatly into the most relevant spaces and communities, and ensure we show up in a way that locals notice and remember.
This role is based in Dubai. Full professional English is a must. Arabic? Even better.

Responsibilities- Run local activations—events, collaborations, barista moments, and creative ideas that make sense. Even if that last part doesn’t seem to make sense.
- Guide us to ensure these moments show up and stand out on social.
- Support community management by engaging with people online and managing our UAE customer inbox.
- Plan and execute local activations end to end.
- Work with central ODMC teams to adapt ideas locally.
- Brief, produce, and source creative assets.
- Act as onsite event manager—handling logistics, suppliers, and agencies.
- Build and maintain a local partner network.
- Manage production schedules and post-event recaps.
- Bridge commercial and creative teams with on-brand local materials.
- Monitor local culture, trends, and opportunities.
- Engage with consumers online and manage our UAE customer inbox.
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and on brand.
- 2+ years of experience running brand activations (agency or client-side).
- Solid understanding of creative processes and how to get stuff live.
- Sharp problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Connection to the local scene and an eye for brands and ideas that matter.
- A proactive, organized, cool-under-pressure attitude.
- Great writing chops and the ability to channel Oatly’s voice.
- A problem-solver who can zoom out to strategy and zoom in on details.
- A doer who doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves.
