Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee lifting operations, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile crane operations and hold ADNOC-approved certifications, including Rigger Level 3 and eWMS training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on-site in accordance with ADNOC lifting procedures.
- Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Verify lifting plans, equipment certifications, and rigging gear compliance.
- Conduct pre-lift meetings and toolbox talks with rigging and crane personnel.
- Liaise with project management and HSE teams to ensure adherence to ADNOC regulations.
- Monitor crane and rigging team performance to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate lifting operation records and reports.
- Identify and report potential hazards associated with lifting operations.
Required Qualifications & Training:

- Diploma in Engineering or any related technical field (preferred)
- Able to read and write basic English
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in lifting operations (with mobile cranes)
- Must have completed lifting technical training from ADNOC Offshore Approved Training Companies & Trainers
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC Rev. 27 lifting requirements (as of 07 March 2024)
Other Requirements:
- Must hold valid CICPA and OPTIMA offshore passes (or be eligible to obtain them)
- Strong understanding of ADNOC lifting procedures and HSE regulations
- Ability to work in offshore environments and on rotation, as required
