• Certified ADNOC JP - Civil Experience
• Preparing Method Statement FRA for ADNOC.
• Creating PTWs and obtain various authority approvals.
• Implementing the work site precautions and controls identified by the area authority & check by issuing authority.
• Supervise the telecom civil/cable site activities.
• Conduct a tool box talk before Job starts.
• Suspends work in the event of emergency & general alarm.
• On completion & suspension of work ensure that work site must be clean clear and safe.
• Closing the permit upon completion of the work activity.
• Ensure all ADNOC procedures are followed.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree/ B.E /Electrical/Electronics/Telecom or equivalent.

Vessel Command & Leadership Proven ability to take full command of offshore vessels. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Effective crew management and conflict resolution skills. Regulatory Compliance In-depth knowledge of ADNOC regulations, IMO, and international maritime laws. Familiarity with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and STCW requirements. Ability to coordinate with Chief Engineer and technical teams. IT & Documentation Skills Familiar with electronic chart systems, ship management software, and report submission. 1. Ensure all site operations comply with ADNOC HSE regulations, UAE labor laws, and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
2. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
3. Implement Permit to Work (PTW) procedures for high-risk activities like confined space entry, hot work, and working at heights.
4. Ensure workers use the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
5. Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments (HIRA, HAZOP, HAZID) before work begins.
6. Develop and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent future incidents.
7. Monitor H2S safety procedures and enforce gas testing in hazardous areas.
8. Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBTs), safety drills, and emergency response training.
9. Ensure compliance with LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) and Confined Space Entry procedures.

NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
ADNOC HSE Approval Certificate (Mandatory)
Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in oil & gas (onshore/offshore)
Knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, OSHA, ISO 45001, and UAE labor laws
