Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring "Kaizen" digital application success via rig- and office-based product support and training. Deploying and supporting our new digital drilling products, Kaizen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This predominantly field-based role supports digital drilling applications through internal and customer-facing product training and support. The Kaizen Operations Drilling Support will engage with customer-side Drilling Engineers prior to and during deployments, in addition to supporting training, drilling advisory, and feedback during sustained adoption. The Kaizen Operations Drilling Support will work closely with Sales, Product Line, Field Engineering, Operations and Digital Commercialization groups internally, providing additional specialized Kaizen knowledge for deployments & trials.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Familiar with drilling practices and can identify areas of concern based on available real-time drilling data.
- Provide frontline digital drilling solutions support and be able to escalate issues when required based on well-defined processes.
- Communicating with internal teams and customers daily•
- Must be prepared for international travel.
- Must be self-motivating individual.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- HS Diploma or GED
- 4+ years' experience in MWD/LWD, directional drilling, drilling engineering or similar.
- Familiar with drilling practices and can identify areas of concern based on available real-time drilling data.
- Provide frontline digital drilling solutions support and be able to escalate issues when required based on well-defined processes.
- Communicating with internal teams and customers daily.

Role Summary:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a strategic role in leading full-cycle recruitment for high-impact PMC Oil & Gas projects across Europe and North Africa. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will identify and attract top-tier technical and project management talent to support mission-critical initiatives in the energy sector.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for oil & gas project roles, including engineering, construction management, and technical support positions across Europe and North Africa.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and project leads to define workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and proactively address recruitment challenges.
- Source high-caliber candidates using industry-specific platforms, social media, and targeted headhunting strategies.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against strict client and project-specific criteria, including local labor regulations and work eligibility.
- Drive competitive offer negotiation and manage closing processes to secure top talent.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure smooth coordination of interviews and feedback loops.
- Partner with visa/mobilization teams and HR to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance for international placements.
- Continuously contribute to process improvement and innovations in talent acquisition strategies within the Oil & Gas vertical.
- Serve as a mentor to junior recruitment team members as needed.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will need to demonstrate the following competencies/skills:
- In-depth market knowledge of the PMC and Oil & Gas sectors in Europe and North Africa, including labor laws, salary benchmarks, and key talent hubs.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical and project roles in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across multiple countries simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillscapable of engaging confidently with senior leadership and project executives.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to sourcing and talent engagement.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and personal accountability in handling confidential recruitment matters.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas or engineering consultancy.
- Proven experience in PMC recruitment with multi-country exposure, ideally across Europe and/or North Africa.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Fluent in English.
