Key Responsibilities:- Lead the commissioning process for substation control and protection systems, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage project teams and external organizations providing equipment, systems, or services, coordinating their activities to meet project objectives.
- Develop and implement standard processes and tools to ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, including test plans, reports, and other relevant materials, to support the commissioning process.
- Identify and mitigate risks, as well as opportunities, through real-time risk assessments during the commissioning phase.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a commissioning engineer for protection systems and products.
- High-level to medium-complexity project experience, with skills in operating test kits (e.g., Omicron FREJA Swerker).
- Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, customer interface, and presentation skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities- Execute assigned scopes of work, participating as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment.

You will also have the ability to provide guidance and direction to project teams, managing, motivating, and mentoring professional engineering specialists.
Proficient user of relevant software and calculation templates, professional level of ability in the application of standards, processes, and procedures, and knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
Maintains own knowledge of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives, and industry technology developments and promotes to direct reports.
