Job Objective
As an Agile Delivery Manager, your day-to-day focus would be to organize, manage, track, and coordinate activities for various work streams in ADX. This includes overseeing Agile/DevOps practices and processes in SDLC, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaboration with stakeholders, along with good communication and leadership skills, is a must.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee Agile practices and processes for software delivery, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Organize daily standups, measure team velocity, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage risks and issues while effectively communicating with and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on project performance, staying current with software development trends and computing technologies.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, working closely with all IT staff and business.
- Lead the delivery of technology-led initiatives working with onshore and offshore teams.
- Lead client interests and ensure successful delivery by the software engineering teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (clients, internal to the account, and across the organization).
- Manage client expectations, reporting, and assurance.
Key Interfaces
Internal:
Communicate daily with the Dev/Test Head and managers to receive work direction, discuss, and resolve issues. Communicate regularly with staff within Systems and Applications to resolve related issues. Communicate daily with project teams to ensure work coordination.
External:
Communicate frequently with IT system integrators and vendors to source, review, and clarify system integration-related matters. Communicate regularly with external entities to resolve issues in integration channels.
Qualifications and Experience
– Certified Scrum Master with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
– Strong experience in leading Agile software delivery projects with more than 5 teams.
– Exposure to modern SDLC processes and techniques that can be leveraged.
– Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
– Fundamental understanding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving approach.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Attitude of continual learning and self-assessment to apply new learnings and knowledge.
– Ability to forecast and create roadmaps, adjusting to new information and changing business priorities to achieve program goals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (clients, internal to the account, and across the organization), managing client expectations, reporting, and assurance.

As a Scrum Master, you will be a vital member of one or more use case teams, responsible for embedding Agile practices and creating an environment where the team can function effectively. Your role includes promoting self-organization, eliminating barriers to progress, and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.

- Requirement Gathering (Functional & Technical)
- Monitor project workstreams against scope & plan.
- Participate in workshops/brainstorming sessions during approach & planning discussions and provide inputs.
- Vendor response analysis

- Communication and collaboration - Prepare and provide weekly/fortnightly/monthly progress update to program stakeholders including the project team members, covering program plan, key activities completed, upcoming activities, key risks and issues with mitigations and resolutions.
- Market Analysis – due diligence for specific trend, industry norms and future strategies in coordination with workstream leads.
