As a Scrum Master, you will be a vital member of one or more use case teams, responsible for embedding Agile practices and creating an environment where the team can function effectively. Your role includes promoting self-organization, eliminating barriers to progress, and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.

• Guide and support use case teams in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Assist the Product Owner (PO) in articulating and communicating the product vision and scope.
• Ensure Agile principles and Scrum practices are properly understood and implemented.
• Shield teams from external distractions to ensure focus and productivity.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members in adopting Agile best practices.
• Simultaneously support one or more use case teams in their Agile delivery efforts.

Organizational structure:

An organizational chart should be attached to indicate this role's position within the company structure.

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Agile environments, including 2-4 years in business technology with proven team leadership.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Proven accountability in delivering results using Agile frameworks.
• Expertise in Scrum methodology and relevant artifacts.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Background in software development or technical project management is preferred.
• Familiarity with development best practices such as continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and DevOps is desirable.
• Understanding of servant leadership, facilitation techniques, conflict resolution, team empowerment, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Ensure the consistent application of Agile and Scrum methodologies across the team.
• Coach individual team members on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the PO in refining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Collaborate with the Digital Agile Lead (DAL) to document lessons learned and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Mediate and resolve team conflicts to maintain productivity and morale.
• Actively remove obstacles that impede team progress and protect the team from unnecessary external influences.

Employment: Contractual
Duration: 3 months (extendable subject to Business requirement)
Location: On-site, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering (Functional & Technical)
• Monitor project workstreams against scope & plan.
• Participate in workshops/brainstorming sessions during approach & planning discussions and provide inputs.
• Vendor response analysis
• Documentation of as is to future process
• Data Analysis
• Communication and collaboration - Prepare and provide weekly/fortnightly/monthly progress update to program stakeholders including the project team members, covering program plan, key activities completed, upcoming activities, key risks and issues with mitigations and resolutions.
• Market Analysis – due diligence for specific trend, industry norms and future strategies in coordination with workstream leads.
• Coordination and collaboratively working with multiple stakeholders
• Project planning – Including but not limited to project timelines, risk, mitigations, updates to management.
• Scheduling – Multiple sessions scheduling during program journey including but not limited to various MS teams calls and in-person sessions between teams/stakeholders.
• Stakeholder communication – Follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned task and take it to closure
• Meeting co-ordination and leading/driving these sessions end to end.
• Documentation of activities under program governance
• Task Management with defined timelines and timely escalation management.
• Progress Tracking / Risk Management
• Quality checks
• Budget Tracking & Management including preparation of cost memos, budgeting sheets tracking/updating and publishing reports.
• Vendors invoice payments
• Vendor coordination
